What is the Seeker Loyalty Program?
The Seeker Loyalty Program lets you earn points for being part of the journey. You’ll earn points whenever you place an order, follow us on our social media, celebrate a birthday, and more.
You can redeem points for anything ranging from Free Shipping to massive discounts.
You can access the Seeker Rewards Program by clicking the little gift icon on any of our product pages. It’s free to join, easy to use, and our way to thank you for being a Seeker!
How can I exchange my points
First, log in our Seeker Loyalty Program Launcher
Click on "Ways to Redeem" and select which prize you'd like to earn in exchange of your points. Once you click Redeem, the discount code will be available for your use.
Click "Apply Code" to have it added to your checkout automatically.
How do I use my benefits/loyalty points?
To use your points, copy the code that you received from the Seeker Loyalty Program portal and proceed to checkout. Enter your code in the “Discount Code/Gift Card” field. Click 'Apply' to see your new total before finalizing your order. Only one code can be used per order.
Once you add products to your cart, you'll see the discount applied at checkout. Be sure to double-check it has been applied before paying.

Can I use my seeker points from EU Seek Discomfort here?
Yes, you can! Just let us know at info@seekdiscomfort so we can tranfer them for this website, and we'll let you know once they'd be available at your Seeker Loyalty Launcher.
Why is my referral link not working?
Please ensure the recipient has never had an account with Seek Discomfort. You cannot refer someone who already has an existing account or refer yourself.
