TRACKING & SHIPPING

How long will my delivery take?

For orders within the USA and Canada, delivery takes approximately 3-6 business days from the shipping date. International orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days.

How much will it cost for my order to ship?

Domestic (US) Shipping:

Premium FedEx or USPS Shipping is $9.99 for all US Territory
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

Canadian Shipping:

Premium FedEx or USPS Shipping is $20 for all Canadian Territory
We offer FREE standard shipping to Canada on orders over $125 USD.

EU Shipping:

Premium FedEx Shipping ranges from $20-$30 USD. Taxes, fees, and customs duties will be calculated at checkout.

UK:

Premium FedEx Shipping ranges from $22-$34 USD. Taxes, fees, and customs duties will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

Premium FedEx Shipping ranges from $30-$40 USD, depending on order value. Taxes, fees, and customs duties will be calculated at checkout.

Special "made to order" products may have longer processing and delivery times. Delivery timelines vary based on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over $100 within the United States or orders over $125 for Canada. To ensure faster and more reliable delivery worldwide (5-7 days on average), we’ve partnered with a new fulfillment service. As a result, international orders no longer qualify for free shipping and may be subject to taxes and duties paid by the customer.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at the moment- but the good news is our standard shipping is already pretty fast. Most orders arrive within 3-8 business days, no matter where you are in the world.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please note: During sale events and holidays, processing times may be longer due to increased demand.

How do I track my order?

Once we have processed your refund from our end, please note that refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled until the processing begins, which tends to happen in 24h or less. Please visit the order on your Account Page to request a cancellation as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

If you're attempting to change or cancel an order, please visit our your order on Accounts Page as soon as possible and request a cancellation through our Order Edition Platform.

However, it's important to note that we cannot make order changes once your order is packed, which is usually in 24h or less after you place an order.

If we weren't able to make the desired modifications to your order in time, don’t worry. We offer hassle-free exchanges and returns through our Returns & Exchange page.

Can I edit or add anything to my order?

Once an order is placed, you might be able to make changes to the order up until the packing process begins, which tends to happen within 24 hours. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, proceed to your order on your Account Page and edit through our Editing Platform.

DELIVERY AND ORDER ISSUES

My order was marked delivered but isn't here.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to info@seekdiscomfort.com for further assistance.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please send an email to info@seekdiscomfort.com and make sure to include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item. We will be happy to assist!

I've received my order with items missing

If your order contains any product from our Print Shop Store or the Limited Edition Products, you might receive your products in two different orders. However, on all cases where this happens, you will be informed of both tracking codes and will se them separately on your Order Page, inside your Account Section.

If this is not the case, reach out to info@seekdiscomfort.com and we will take care of it right away!

PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS AND REWARDS

How do I apply promo/discount codes?

To apply a promo or discount code, proceed to checkout and enter your code in the “Discount Code/Gift Card” field. Click ‘Apply’ to see your new total before finalizing your order. Only one code can be used per order.

Please note that some discount codes might not be compatible to certain products or order types.

What is the Seeker Rewards?

The Seeker Rewards Program lets you earn points for being part of the journey. You’ll earn points whenever you place an order, follow us on our social media, celebrate a birthday, and more.

You can redeem points for anything ranging from Free Shipping to massive discounts.

You can access the Seeker Rewards Program by clicking the little gift icon on any of our product pages. It’s free to join, easy to use, and our way to thank you for being a Seeker!

How do I use my benefits/rewards points?

To use your rewards points, copy the code that you received from the Seeker Rewards portal and proceed to checkout. Enter your code in the “Discount Code/Gift Card” field. Click 'Apply' to see your new total before finalizing your order. Only one code can be used per order.

Once you add products to your cart, you'll see the discount applied at checkout. Be sure to double-check it has been applied before paying.

How long is each item available for?

This depends on what you order. Most of our essentials are always available for you to shop. However, our drops are limited edition collections that will be available until supplies last.

How can I get notified about future drops and new product launches?

Wanna be the first to know when something new drops? Join our mailing list and you’ll get early access to launches, and as a thank you, 10% off your first order. You can sign up through the pop-up when you land on our site or by clicking the little 10% off bubble hanging out in the corner.

What happened to the European Store?

This year, we made a tough choice and decided on parting ways with longtime partners and having to close our EU warehouse to uphold the quality our community deserves.

Behind the scenes, we leveled up a new warehouse with a promise: 100% delivery guarantee, faster worldwide shipping, door to door tracking, and customer service rebuilt from the ground up.

You can now order from Europe using our Worldwide website. We have made significant improvements to our delivery and all orders will now arrive in 4-5 business days, and duties + taxes are included in the total checkout price.
